Each session is uniquely catered to the individual client and their needs. Thai Massage is done on a floor mat where there is plenty of room to encourage deep stretching, compression and energy release. Thai yoga bodywork and massage focuses on improving and balancing the flow of energy throughout the body and combines dynamic-assisted stretching influenced by yoga with physical pressure applied along energy lines. Please come with comfortable, stretchy clothing.

Longer sessions are wonderful for clients with larger bodies, greater amounts of tension or just want a full body session with deeper focus on problem areas.
I offer longer sessions for clients I've worked with atleast 4 times who want to go deeper into their session.
This add on pays for two sets (2 large & 2 small) of Thai Herbal Compresses that are used in up to 3 sessions and will be given to the client after use. Herbal Compresses are heated and applied during your session to help reduce inflammation, deeply relax muscle tension and assist deeper stretching. They smell divine ✨️
Add on services must be combined with a Thai Massage booking and does not lengthen the time of your session.
